we had a very relaxing wonderful vacation. The sounds of the ocean and all the rooms was so relaxing. The beach was so peaceful most of The time we had the beach to ourselves. The beach itself was so easy to walk on. The house itself was architecturally beautiful. Reminded me so much of old world Hawaii . definitely stay again. Hawaii beach homes was as always very helpful. I would recommend them to anybody

House was in the perfect location. It was very clean and comfortable. We stayed in the lower half because the kitchen and bath were better. It has only two very hard chairs and could use more living room type furniture. Plenty of dining chairs however. The patio doors do not have window coverings, so you have no privacy at night with people walking the beach. The backyard is beautiful, well maintained, and with wonderful furniture. It is a public beach access, so you will always have people on the beach directly behind the house, but that was fine. The beach is beautiful and very pleasant to walk. The driveway is a bit tricky to navigate. We recommend a smaller car with a backup camera! Yes! We would definitely stay here again!!

Grt location right on beach in quieter and more rural part of Oahu. The lease agents were very helpful in coordinating the rental. Only caveat was that is an older home and beds were not very comfortable. Overall, we had a Grt experience.

We had such a wonderful relaxing time. We never left the property. The low tide creates the perfect play pool for my toddler with the reef. My older kids went 5 houses the down the beach to enjoy the "biggger" waves and body surf and boogie board. The house was clean and spacious. Love this has become our family tradition of the "beach house". Anna was great with communication.

We had the trip of a lifetime! The house is perfectly located! Great North Shore food trucks, dining destinations, and grocery locations within minutes drive. The neighborhood is quiet and clean with friendly neighbors and cute kids riding bikes around.
The house was clean with a very historic feel and charm, plus the conveniences of air conditioning, dishwasher, and complete laundry system. The house was exactly as we expected!
We could not have planned for better weather and the swell was huge during our stay! They held the Eddie just around the point at Waimea Bay and it was exciting to be on the North Shore for this historic surf competition! “Our beach” was amazing. Even while some of the more popular beaches were unsafe to swim, our 5 kids (ages 3-11), could safely spend hours swimming and snorkeling in the backyard. They made lots of new local friends and we quickly noticed that down the stairs from the house is the place to be! We never felt overwhelmed by the locals, maybe a few families at a time, and we always had the mornings to ourselves.
We have visited Hawaii several times, but this visit I can confidently say we spent the majority of our time within 15 miles of this home! Definitely an ideal location.
Highly recommend this home for your family’s Hawaiian dream vacation!

This house has plenty of room, with 2 bedrooms, bath and kitchen upstairs (outside staircase) and one large room, bath and kitchen main level. The beautiful beach at your front door! Location was great, house was very clean, and customer service was very accommodating. Our family of 5 loved it so much, we stayed two additional days with no problem. Situated very close to Polynesian Cultural Ctr, horseback riding and beautiful beaches. One hour from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu tourists, but worth the travel time. For an ultra-relaxing vacation, I'd certainly recommend this rental.

We had a great stay. House is a beach house and we were very happy with it. The house felt very open. Well stocked. Outdoor shower to rinse off was a bonus. The high ceilings upstairs were beautiful. The beach directly next to the house "alligator pond" was fun and easy to play in during low tide for our children. Tons of tide pools. We felt like we had the beach to ourselves. The area has chickens and roosters running from yard to yard. We loved the baby chicks. Location was near 2 grocery stores. We loved the country type of living but beachside!! We would stay here again and again.

This is a neat little house at an incredible location on bathtub beach in Hauula. The rocks in front is a great place to play and snorkel, especially when the tide is lower. House needs some little things; for example, none of the locks on the downstairs bathroom work, so with no shower curtains, anybody can just walk in at any time. The bathroom window crank was also rusted and broken, so it had to be pushed open from the inside and closed from outside. Better to wash dishes by hand because for some reason dishwasher has a really bad smell when the dishes are done. All of these are minor things that didn’t really matter to us, so we never contacted anyone about it the month we were there. Also, make sure whoever your driver is can back out well because the driveway is really tight and difficult to back out of. Two much one way or the other and you will scrape your rental car on the fence. Not a big deal for an experienced driver though. I’m sure all of these things could’ve been handled had we contacted the rental company, but like I said, we’re not really hard to please, so we didn’t lose sleep over any of it. One of the best things of this house is how close it is to some great food at Pounders at the PCC and 7 Brothers and the food trucks in Kauuka, but you’re pretty far from most everything else, which can be a good thing if you’re looking for a getaway.

Very nice to be able to sit in the shade on the grassy yard or play in the sand all just steps away from the back door. The perfect place to watch the sun rise. My family of 9 (7 kids 15-10 months) stayed at the rental for 10 days and loved every minute of it. The first morning I woke up and heard and saw the waves crashing and seriously thought “this is heaven.” It was so relaxing. The house is wonderfully cleaned and stocked. Plenty of beach towels and toys and pretty much everything you need to have a great vacation. The beds were so comfortably and if it got too hot there was even a/c, a huge luxury in the islands. The location was perfect on a great walking beach. We snorkeled a bit further down the beach my kids loves the “bathtub” portion of the beach directly out the backZ it was frequented by friendly locals and added to the experience. Another hit was the 3 sets of chicks they got to ply with and watch. Perfect for our Easter vacation. I can’t think of anything bad to say about this place. The only thing maybe would be the long, narrow driveway you have to back out of. Anyway. Stay here. It’s amazing.

This wasn’t the first but the second time that my family and I have stayed in this beautiful home. The home itself is fantastic but what makes it truly incredible is the location and the beach. It’s a secret spot called the alligator pond that local families flock to. Everyone is so friendly and always asks “how did you even find this place?” It’s truly a local gem and we plan on staying there again in the future!

We had a fantastic family holiday, sharing 12 glorious days in this home. It was well appointed and maintained. A deeper cleaning may be warranted for some of the air con units but otherwise, it was clean and high quality beds, linens, and towels. The view was spectacular and access to the beach in the backyard was PERFECT for our first vacation since the world changed in 2020. The home is down the street from a few choices for groceries and supplies and very convenient to all activities north. An issue we had during our stay was promptly ad adequately addressed.

My Fiancé and I were extremely pleased with the property and accommodations! The house was beautiful, opening up to the beach during the day and the sounds of the ocean at night!
You definitely feel like you have blended into the culture in this location! the Mountain views in the front and the Ocean in the back make for panoramic scenes of tranquility! I will recommend this home and Hawaii Beach Homes, Inc. as our trip was flawless and so relaxing!

We stayed here over Thanksgiving and really enjoyed our stay. The beds were so comfortable, we ordered one. There is plenty of space and the view is incredible! It's not a private beach, but it pretty much was because there was almost nobody there. The only downside was the ants, but we put food in the microwave and the fridge. They were annoying, but didn't ruin our vacation. We would stay here again.

We arrived late afternoon my son and daughter and the Grandchildren one 2 year old and the other just over 1 .The house was a tipical beach house with a large rear grassy area for the the kids to play this had a gate that lead down to the beach and provided us with easy access to swimming with the kids being shallow for the to stand and play 0n the beach . there was a grocery store within 2 minutes drive which also was handy .The location was good for us allowing my son to go surfing further up north and for us to stay at the house with grandchildren and relax . Lovely spot

The home was very nice and my family enjoyed the stay. The home is right on the beach, and there were often days when we had the beach to ourselves. The two units are separated by an outside staircase, which is great if you have a mixed group or inconvenient for a family. 3 of the 5 beds are in the common areas. The house is very close to grocery shopping and the Polynesian Cultural Center. There is plenty of furniture both inside and out. Check-in and out was incredibly easy. The very few areas for improvement would be to add blinds or adjust the security light. The security light frequently goes off frequently at night and brightens the inside of the house. The other thing that would be great is a couch, but it doesn't really impact things much. All and all this is a great private house that's great for larger groups.

This home was delightful and was a great size for our family of 10 (ages 5-84). We had 3 people downstairs and 7 upstairs. Note: The king bed upstairs was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. We spent most of our time downstairs at the main dining table or in the backyard. The kitchen had everything we needed-even a coffee grinder. We didn’t use the kitchen upstairs except to store drinks in the fridge.
The beach is ideal and the lagoon was perfect for the 5 year old. We also walked further down the beach to enjoy the water and boogie board. The beach is empty in the morning and evening. Midday it was pretty full which provided play mates for our little one. The convenient location and beach access will bring us back to stay again.
Some tricky things for us were knowing which switches controlled the fans and lights. Also, the driveway is a tight fit when parking multiple cars. We were able to fit two minivans and a Jeep in the driveway.
For people with mobility issues, the steps down to the beach are steep and even with the step stool was difficult for some of our guests.
The location of this house is great-close to turtle bay, Polynesian cultural center and a short drive to The charming town of Haleiwa.
We had a couple questions for property management and they responded timely.
Our only recommendation would be to provide a single rollaway cot as some of our guests didn’t want to share beds.

We brought a party of 9 family members, including 3 children for a relaxing stay. The beach house was attractive and comfy, and the managers responded promptly to a couple of minor questions. We spent so much enjoyable time out on the beach, and in the backyard area (which had ample comfortable seating and grassy play area for the kids). The beach itself was by a small tide pool type area I. Which the kids could splash and play safely. We would go back again.

This is a great rental, everything as pictured in ad. A couple of small issues with the freezer door not closing and the patio doors being difficult to lock but other than that absolutely perfect. The beach was great and used it every day. Good location and friendly neighbours including the large population of friendly cats. The house is in great condition and management is friendly. The local market Tamara's is handy and has everything you need. Would recommend this rental for anyone looking for a different Oahu experience.

This definitely was the best vacation rental I have ever stayed in. Nice décor, comfy beds, beach chairs that are not broken, and all the basic staples to save you from running to the store was so nice to have the washer and dryer. The weather was humid and we all enjoyed the a/c. The outside shower was THE BOMB. Kids and adults showered outside. Because we had 5, 14, and 15 year old kids we were very pleased with the grass yard and beach right outside. The kids had so much fun crab hunting. It truly was an amazing stay. I would highly recommend this home.

The house is a good house for the most part. The upstairs has a separate entrance from the outside from the downstairs. Did not consider this a big deal but it rained the entire time we were there so to go in and out you would get a little wet doing it. The downstairs bathroom door has a broken track that does not allow the door to close the whole way so people in the kitchen can watch you shower. I called and emailed about this getting fixed and never got a response. The hot water runs on solar power and we were told in the check in information that there was a key to a closet to switch it to electric we never received a response in regards to the location of the key so we ran out of hot water several times due to the weather situation. The beach out back was unusable due to the rain and wind and I would be interested to know if this is a common occurrence on this part of the island? In the pictures provided for the house you can see the wind blowing the flag and the clouds. I know we had a storm system come through but when we drove to the other side of the island the storm was not as much of an issue. There is also a motion light in the back yard that was going off all night because of the wind and there are no curtains on the back door to block the light from coming in. We could not get the light to stay off. Factoring out the weather. The above problems may not have been an issue and the house would have been great. Plenty of room, chairs, beds and supplies in 2 kitchens.The access to the semi private beach is great and the view is awesome. There are shops really close by and some food places. The Polynesian cultural center is just up the road too. I would say it is a great place to stay (Fix the bathroom door) and be sure to check into the weather on this section of the island. It is possible there is a higher chance of what happened to us happening here than other parts of the island. Again if the weather was not an issue we would have really enjoyed it.

This vacation home is absolutely amazing. We stayed with 6 adults, 4 kids, and 1 infant and it was the perfect size for us. The view is incredible, the beach was basically private and it was the perfect place to tide pool and feel comfortable with the little kids swimming. It is pretty rocky and slippery, so water shoes are a must, but if you walk up the beach a little bit its not rocky at all and perfect for little ones to boogy board. The weather was perfect in January. Things to note: The upstairs in not as well stocked as the downstairs and does not have a freezer. There are 2 mini fridges upstairs and I didn't find they kept things that cold. The fridge downstairs looks new and was perfect. The AC units throughout the house were perfect to cool us off when it got a little hot in the afternoon. The washer and dryer looks pretty new and worked great. The beds are insanely comfortable. The mosquitos came to bite in the evening and that was a bummer because I would have liked to stay outside on the patio much later than I was able to. There is a Longs within walking distance, and a foodland right up the road. The vibe is so relaxed and not touristy at all. We went to Waikiki one day and couldn't wait to get back to the house. We will be making this our Hawaii Beach House for life. The sunrises and sunsets were so beautiful. Thank you Hawaii Beach Homes for an awesome experience.

Our family and friends stayed at Heavenly Hauula - Beachfront in summer 2018. We absolutely loved everything about the property, and its beachfront access. Sleeping 10 adults, with separate upstairs and downstairs fully equipped facilities worked perfectly for us. Located about 1 hours drive from Waikiki on the North Shore with easy access north and south to all that Oahu has to offer like mountain ranges, crystal blue water, and endless aquatic life. I definitely recommend this property for a family getaway.

This is a nice house situated only a few steps from the beach. The house was nice, though needs some minor upkeep. I notified the rental agency about the bottom electronic lock being dead upon arrival and they gave us instructions quickly on the location of the house key. I also noted that a couple of the upstairs blinds were inoperable due to broken pull strings. Navigating the driveway is difficult in a minivan or equivalent sized vehicle. Other than that, the house was remarkable.
We all were comfortable being on the Windward side of Oahu, with plenty of ocean breeze to stave off the humidity. The beds are comfortable and the view from the rear of the house is spectacular. New applicants adorn the kitchen and the downstairs bathroom is splendid. Given the opportunity to return to Hawaii in the future, I would seek out this house to rent again.

Things to note:
The beach outside the house is rocky. Unless you want to walk further up the beach where it turns to mostly sand, I would advise buying water shoes, it made the beach a TON better.
They supply plenty of beach towels so that won’t be an issue.
Clothes washer and dryer provided in case you need to do laundry (may or may not need to buy laundry detergent).

This home is in a great location on the northeast side of the island close to the Polynesian Cultural Center. This would be considered in the locals area. It is away from the major tourist areas. Close to the North Shore, Dole plantation, Heleiwa, the historical town and of course, the cultural center. I must not of course forget to include the house is right on the beach. It has great amenities. The beds are comfortable. It has two of everything for the upstairs and down. It was spotless when we arrived. The pots and pans were plentiful and nice to cook with. It had an abundance of dishes, towels and toys for the beach. Did I mention the beach is at the end of the back yard. The outside tables and chairs were great to use as well. It was a little hot downstairs because the houses on each side block the breeze and there is no air conditioning. It has plenty of ceiling fans, which helps a lot. If you are a fan of the ocean this is a great place, but it does not have a pool. There were eight of us in the family and we really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful home.

My husband and I and our 2 toddlers (2 & 3) stayed at this home for 10 days and it was magic! The pictures don't do it justice. The beach was perfect for the kids because the rock wall a few yards out stopped the waves but if you want the waves you can walk up the beach and sandy beaches are 50 yards away. The home was super clean and nice with the normal ocean problems (rusty door hinges, humidity damage, etc). We slept and changed upstairs and then spent most of our time downstairs where we cooked and hung out. The home had tons of beach toys for the kids, a couple camping chairs, and tons of nice beach towels. No life jackets. It has all the appliances and utensils you would need in a kitchen with a few spices. There are 2 or 3 nice grocery stores near by which are perfect for shopping - expensive but that is to be expected. The home has typical kitchen cleaners, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and TP but you will need to buy paper plates, napkins, etc if you want stuff like that. The washer and dryer are new and super nice – they saved us!
I loved that this place was off the beaten path - we felt so secluded and not "touristy" at all. Favorite places that we found... Seven Brothers burgers are to die for. You have to go to Papa Ole's and have their macadamia nut pancakes for breakfast. Ken's Fresh Fish is a random food truck on the side of the road but has the most amazing fried fish and poke. The Elephant Shack at north shore was the best Thai food I have ever had. We hiked almost every day – some our faves were the Ha’aula Loop (2 minutes from the house), Kaena Point, and Waimea Falls. All of these trails on our the All Trails ap so download that before you go and you will be set. Also you have to go the Polynesian Cultural Center – the luau was okay but the villiages were so fun!
Anyway – I’m not a Hawaii expert but I feel like we did it up right :) Again, the house was PERFECT if you are wanting to be secluded and do your own thing on vacation!

We loved this rental! It worked perfectly for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids) and two grandparents to stay. Each grandparent stayed in one of the upstairs bedrooms and our family slept in the downstairs day beds. We loved the location, the beach was perfect for our kids and we loved also having a yard. It was windy 90% of the time but to be honest this kept bugs away and helped to not feel too hot. On the odd occasion it wasn’t windy it would feel very hot and muggy. We would go back to this rental in a heartbeat.

Heavenly Hauula was a great place to stay while visiting Oahu. It’s in a great location in that the beach it’s on is quiet, clean, and great for families and very close to grocery stores. We stayed 8 days and were usually the only ones on the beach. The house is also situated right in front of the alligator pond which was perfect for our toddler during low tide. The house itself is well equipped and had all we needed for our stay. It did have a few things that were less desirable such as the drain plug for the only bath didn’t work, a bedroom ceiling fan didn’t work, and the screen door downstairs didn’t close all of the way so a few flies were able to get in from time to time. These weren’t huge issues so they didn’t bother us too much. Overall, this was a nice place to stay while you’re visiting Oahu.

This property was just perfect for our family vacation. Literally on the beach, we rarely left the house to do anything but play on the beach and in the amazing little tide pools. Perfect for our young kids to play in and explore. The house was clean, and had everything we needed to make our vacation that much easier including coffee makers, washer/dryer (that was key!) etc. Thank you so much for making our stay so delightful.

It was a very simple process to book the property and we had clear instructions to check in. When we arrived, the neighborhood surprised me a little, as neighbors have trash and cars on the front lawn. This didn't impact our stay- but I was surprised when we pulled up. The property itself has a private, gated entrance and once you are in the house, you feel like you have your own bit of Hawaii all to yourself! It was great for a family with adult kids as we were all able to have our own space. The cleaning crew was still there when we arrived for check-in at 3, but the owner was very kind and said we could check out later if we needed. The property was super clean. There were no toiletries there (shampoo/soap/etc) so make sure to bring your own. It did smell like fresh paint upstairs- I believe they must have stained the deck or something recently. It was pretty strong and limited our time upstairs. But waking up every morning to the sunrise is pretty hard to beat. We felt like we had our own private beach most of the time (yes, there are families that come out and play during the day... but that was a non-issue for us). The walk down the beach wasn't quite as pleasant as a lot of trash collects at one end, which was sad to see and we tried to pick up what we could. There are a few grocery stores nearby, and a quick drive gets you to Turtle Bay Resort if you are looking for a nice meal or spa day. We cooked almost all meals at the house- kitchen was very well stocked. Overall, it was an excellent pick for us and we would recommend it!

We loved our stay in Heavenly Hauula. It was so comfortable for 3 couples on the north shore of Oahu. Property description was accurate...just like the pictures and info described. We found it very clean and loved finding a fresh flower arrangement on the table for our arrival. We were concerned about no air conditioning but as soon as we opened windows there was always a good breeze and it cooled down quickly. We really had no problems. We did contact the manager the first day about directions to turn on the hot water, and management got back with us quickly. Turns out the info on our mobile app was a little outdated about the solar panels so there was never a need to manually turn on hot water. It was automatic as management was quick to assure us. They were also good about sending reminders when trash needed to be taken out, etc. The property is beautiful and we enjoyed eating breakfast outside and sitting outside in the back yard. We loved walking out the back gate straight onto the beach for beach walks. We did not find good snorkeling behind the house but there were other beaches for that. The neighborhood was very quiet, the kitchen had everything we needed and more. We did quite a bit of traveling around the island. Favorites were Hanauma Bay for snorkeling, Toa Luau at Waimai Valley Park, shopping and restaurants at Haleiwa, and Seven Brothers was a great little restaurant nearby at Laie. And honestly, we really enjoyed relaxing and spending time at this beach house.

Our GPS lead us right to the house. The instructions to enter the gate & house were easy to follow. Two adult couples spent 8 heavenly nights at Heavenly Hauula. One couple took the up stairs & my hubby & I down stairs. The down stairs kitchen & dinning area was perfect for us all. We had no problems with hot water. The grill tanks were full & ready for us. We stopped for groceries in Honolulu Walmart and saved a good deal of $$. We bought paper supplies & dish soap and should have waited on those because apparently everyone buys them!! No need to bring beach towels, there are plenty. There are beach toys & Snorkel gear. You should pack water shoes as most beaches are mixed rock & sand. The beds were very comfy!! Patio furniture was delightful. We brought cushions in when we left the house to keep them dry from the usual afternoon rain shower. The house is stocked with plenty of dishes, pots & pans, books, dvd's, games etc.. Cable & WiFi are excellent. Neighborhood is quiet. There is a grocery store & drug store a couple of blocks away. This house really is a piece of heaven!!

Without doubt probably one of the best home rentals on this side of the island. Instructions were easy and upon arrival we went straight to the beach. The kids couldn't get enough of the beach especially when the tide was low and the were able to swim and snorkel in the natural pools. And there was plenty of beach gear there to use. We truly enjoyed the home, the beauty surrounding the house and the lovely noise of the ocean. We couldn't have picked a better spot/location and house. We will treasure these memories forever. Lovely home with 2 bedrooms & 2 baths upstairs that has an outdoor entrance...3 beds & a kitchenette. Another full kitchen, bathroom & 2beds downstairs. Lots of beach equipment was available. Refridgerator had issues staying closed, so was not keeping cold...we tied it shut & worked pretty well by the 3rd day. A storm came in the first night & rain came in through the open windows & doors that we mopped up with towels & the smoke detector upstairs started chirping in the middle if the night...we got creative to reach the 10 foot detector to get the battery out.
Beach & reef was awesome...snorkeling was fantastic!
Neighbors were very friendly.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would definitely stay again or recommend it to others.

We loved staying at this house. It is perfect for staying with extended family. My family stayed upstairs and my sister and her husband stayed downstairs. The North Shore is more humid and this house has no air conditioning, but other than that is was great!

Great house, yard and beach. Beach perfect for little children with lots of tide pools and sandy areas too. Biggest complaint was the downstairs fridge was unusable for the 1st 2 days. We had to discard some perishables and buy a cooler and lots of ice. Other than that inconvenience, we had a great time. Much more local feeling than north shore, Waikiki or Ko Olina.

Six women from Florida embarked on their trek to the beautiful island. What we found in our home was nothing less than what we expected and wanted. We enjoyed the "home" feeling of our place and living in the neighborhoods and eating from food trucks and taking the time to explore the local spots. We slept with the sounds of waves hitting the rocks as our lullaby. Something we only duplicate with fake sounds via Itunes. I thank you for making this stay a pleasant one. The office was always responsive. The maintenance guy was even willing to drive one hour to fix something for us. Thank goodness we figured it out! Lol! We really enjoyed our stay and will recommend this company to all others who wish to travel to this beautiful island.

The moment we pulled into the driveway- it was easy peasy! the directions to get in were simple. The house was everything i imagined, and then some. it is in the "locals" neighborhood, which we LOVED! being away from Waikiki was a must. this is so laid back and what i picture hawaii to be. The house had all the amenities we could have asked for. Not to mention, the grocery store&longs drugs(cheap alcohol prices) were in walking distance!
The photos you see are what you get, perfect little paradise right on the water. we spent a lot of time at the house, cooked most meals here and bbq'd a couple nights on the Lanai! one day we even had scooters delivered for a couple days, so we really got to cruise the north shore up here. If your debating on where to stay in Oahu, look no more, This house is in a great location. You are about 40 mins from Honolulu, which you can still visit, but then come home to a nice & relaxing retreat. i recommend going to Turtle Bay resort for dinner at least once as its 15 mins away. there aren't many "restaurants" in this area, but there is dominos pizza, grocery stores, and lots of food trucks close by!

We were lucky to find this gem of a beach house at a great Fall special rate. We arrived a little early, but were able to sit outside and see the cleaners do a very thorough job. Yard is well-kept and the outside shower with hot water is a plus especially with young children. The amenities were very satisfactory unlike other properties we've rented...lots of bath/beach towels, assorted kitchen utensils including nice pots/pans, trash bags provided, etc. The people at the management company were courteous and made me feel welcome. Would definitely recommend this property.

Weather didn't cooperate the first couple of days but not anyone's fault. Once the temperature and humidity broke, the house was much cooler and more comfortable. People who need / prefer ac should reconsider, especially if traveling with an older relative.

Great beach location, loved the pool carved in to the reef and water temperature. I Fell asleep on the backyard grass and utilized the deck extensively.

Grocery stores are very close buy.

Management company very professional and they leave nothing to chance. Everything went very smoothly. Nice job.

We really enjoyed our stay. It has a beautiful beachfront access and a beach that generally only has locals on it. It was a short drive to most any food, entertainment, bars, etc but we expected that when we booked it. The only downside was that we only had 4washcloths for our week stay so we were having to do laundry more than we would have liked (how does that work when there are more then 2people staying there?!). Also, upon arrival there weren't keys left in the box at the gate, as stated in the check in instructions. After many phone calls to the office(then eventually the answering service because it fell after 5:00pm during this) we still didn't have assistance. We ended up having to jump the gate, get into the house (thank goodness for a keypad!) and find the gate opener in order to get our car onto the property. This was obviously very inconvenient, and to make it more frustrating, on our day of check out we had to figure out how to get out of the property but still get the gate closed behind us (during which time, the house cleaner showed up unaware of any of the issues with the keys/access to the house even though we told management.) she didn't have access since we had closed the gate, so I had to do the process all over again to let her in to do her job (jumping the gate, getting access to the house and opening the gate for her). We would have nothing negative to say if it wasn't for that badly timed situation.

Beach homes communication was great. Their booking process, their reminders and app were so helpful with regards to directions to the house, keys, codes, etc.
the house was spotless with a spectacular view. We basically never wanted to leave the house. The sunrise every morning was a highlight and the Big Fluffy Beach Towels were loved by all. We were with in walking distance to a longs and grocery store but felt like we were on our own isolated island. We would love to go back. Amazing home!

This was the best choice for a place to stay! It was in a neighborhood, right on the beach (which by the way there were hardly any people on it) and the mountains were right behind us. We stayed here for a week in May. It's located in a "local" area, so it's not flooded with tourists. There are a couple of grocery stores close by and a few restaurants up the road. The beach is public access, but not crowded at all. The house is nice; we had plenty of room for the 4 of us. The management company was quick to answer any questions we had. The weather rains more on the north shore where this house is because it sits at the base of the mountains (which make for a cool view from the back of the house). Overall, we had a good time here!

This is a BEAUTIFUL beach house. It is on a gorgeous stretch of beach, and it looks exactly like the pictures. However, please note that the kayak visible in the pictures is not available for guests' use. Yes, there are children playing on the beach outside the guest house ALL day. We like children, so this was fantastic! They are playing there because this house is on the BEST stretch of this beach. The natural swimming pools here, tidal pools, and the wonderful snorkelling off-shore were the highlight of our stay. Everyone goes home about 4 pm, and then you will have it all to yourselves! Sitting in the natural pools at sunset, with a beverage in your hand - truly heavenly! My only criticism of this unit is that, for the price, a beach umbrella and boogie boards should be provided for guests' use. They were at all of the other rental properties we have been to on the island. I would rent this property again in an instant! It was fabulous, and we were very sad to leave!

A little hard to access and the directions to enter the property were not accurate but after we settled in this was a very comfortable experience.
My only complaint was that we had a noise complaint the first morning we were there from the owners next door. Our kids were excited and still on mainland time so they were out on the beach before 8am. The management kindly asked us to stay inside from 8pm-8am daily. Kinda defeats "vacation" but we accommodated.

We were very pleased with all our treatment with this company pre-holiday. Everything was very well organised. Directions to enter property very well described. A beautiful property in a quiet location where you will see the "real" Oahu. We had one issue when the fridge/freezer broke during our stay. We couldn't get anyone to fix it during our visit but the company were quick to refund our loses on our return. This was the only hitch on a perfect stay in a well-equipped home for any types of groups

We (From near London UK England, Family of 4, kids 18 and 16) stayed at Heavenly Hauula for 7 nights in the last week of July 2015. The setting is amazing and we watched the sunsets and sunrise from the balcony almost every day/night. The accommodation is superb. The location is just perfect. The garden is immaculate with direct access to the beach. What else can one say? I would recommend this property to anyone. Things to note: You will need to hire a car as nearest larger towns, beaches and attractions are not a walk away! However within 5 minutes drive you will find all the shops and amenities you will need. It will be very hot when you arrive! But, just open the windows up, turn on the ceiling fans and in half an hour you are at a perfect temperature with the sea breeze that cools the house down very efficiently. The house is not new, but everything works, and everything that you need is provided for. The ‘Hawaii beach homes’ staff were just perfect, and although we had no complaints or need for their services they mailed me regularly asking if we needed any tips or assistance on the house or area and things to do, and during our stay, just dropped me a note every 2 days or so just checking in with us to make sure everything was going to plan. On departure they also confirmed that we had left the place as we found it and thanking us for our stay. If you want true Hawaii – stay here, it’s just perfect. I will be coming back again. Our family (six adults) stayed in the Heavenly Hauula the first part of June 2015. With breathtaking views from both floors, we felt we had our own small chunk of paradise! The grassy yard and nice landscape in front of the ocean was a gathering spot after walking and swimming in the ocean. We loved it! We enjoyed sitting on the chairs and just enjoying the view first thing in the morning with the gorgeous sunrise and later in the day when we were exhausted from our day activities. The secluded location was removed from the street, which was an added bonus, with a secure gate and privacy on both sides from other beachfront properties. The hose to wash off sandy feet by the gate to the ocean was perfect and the outdoor shower with hot water was awesome. Cooking our own meals was easy with spices and condiments readily available—we grilled several delicious dinners on the patio. The property was very clean and generous with bathroom towels. The beds were very comfortable. We were able to keep the beach house fairly cool by opening all the windows and we kept the ceiling fans on the entire time. One thing to note that we wished we would have known prior to our stay is this particular beach house has THE most popular spot on the beach, “alligator pond”-- which is a great swimming hole for young children—it seems all the locals as well as vacationers were well aware of it and planted themselves (starting early in the morning) right in front of our house. Therefore we needed to walk down the beach a bit to get away from the people in front of our own beach house. We still loved our location and this was the only drawback for us. One other thing to note is that on two occasions we did not have any hot water—it would happen randomly during the middle of the day when none of us had yet had a shower. But most of the time, it was not a problem. We really loved our stay and would come again!

Gorgeous location and house ! A lot of wonderful amenities- BBQ, chairs, linens, pillows and kitchen supplies great they even had a new an of coffee for us.. The only down fall was fan in room didn't work and very hot but they delivered a fan prompt, lawn sprinklers on every evening which they fixed but still came on in evenings, fridge broke and we had to move food upstairs x2, new fridge was delivered which was nice too, blender did not worked either. I have to say it was all worth it and all 9 of us would return again for sure! So peaceful and relaxing! Very good customer service, made every effort to fix broken items prompt! Loved the place!!! There was nothing deceiving about pictures at all! Well worth the money!!! 4.75 stars out of 5!!! Thank you for allowing guests to enjoys this house!!!

Our family, including 3 teen-aged boys and a toddler, stayed at Heavenly Hauula for about 6 days in late March of 2015. This house delivered on all counts!
After spending close to 30 hours researching all homes in the $400-$800/night range, we selected this home for so many reasons. The high points being:
•Safe home in a safe neighborhood. The operable driveway gate makes it feel like your own secure estate.
•Right on the Beach! ...and not just any beach, but a clean, white-sand beach with natural tide-pool swimming holes perfect for young children. This is not the beach for boarding of any kind, as the reef buffers the beach from waves like that (same for most of the area). It is perfect for lounging and swimming.
•Clean, well-appointed, well-maintained home that was perfect for family gatherings, cooking, dining, BBQ'ing, backyard fun, sleeping arrangements, indoor/outdoor interface facilitated by lots of windows and a covered great room pocket slider door that you'll leave open all the time.
•The owners clearly treat this house as a home, leaving just enough personal touches so that we knew (and respected) that this was someone's home, without making us feel like we were intruding.
•Well stocked with all the necessary sheets, towels, beach toys/chairs, books,movies, condiments, cook-ware, etc. We wanted for nothing.
In short, I HIGHLY recommend this vacation home.

I spent the first week of March 2015 at Heavenly Hauula with my daughter's family. Her two boys, 4 and 7, loved being so close to the ocean, but the yard allowed the parents to feel safer about their wandering too far. We enjoyed wonderful home cooked meals most nights and mornings, as we found the kitchen to be stocked with everything we could need. The peaceful setting was exactly what we wanted in our vacation. I enjoyed the white noise and breeze from the ocean in my bedroom off the deck every night. It was a very enjoyable experience and I would rent the house again.

The Heavenly Hauula was everything the pictures led us to believe, and then a bit more. The property provided plenty of areas to seclude yourself and relax or gather everyone around and have fun. The private, gated drive added an extra sense of seclusion and safety. The beach access was ideal for the fun walks in the sand. We'll definately try to stay in this home again. The reef has some wonderful snorkeling and also provides a nice barrier for small kids on the beach. The home is very well maintained with all necessary items for cooking. RECOMMENDATIONS: there needs to be an additional set of keys and gate opener for the upstairs unit, it was not convenient for our group as we did not have enough keys or gate openers to come and go as individuals. It turned out to be perfect for the 3 couples we brought. This is the ONLY negative we have to say about our stay...otherwise, it was everything we wanted in a rental unit! This is the second time I have used Hawaiian Beach Homes for rental houses and I would not use any other company at this point as I have never been disappointed and any issues are quickly resolved by friendly and available staff!

Wonderful week at the Heavenly Hauula house. Beautiful location, right on the beach, with fabulous kid friendly swimming right in front of the unit. We would use this unit again in the future for sure!

Hauula is the true beach house experience. There was zero traffic to bother us, noisy tourists, and amazing beach to comb. Being that the home was 2 stories it really provided privacy for our group of 8. It truly was 2 beach houses in one :) The outdoor shower was my favorite and the wine fridge, cold Sav Blanc is the perfect beach wine. See you again in 2015.
