A one dish meal is so simple and easy! Who wants multiple pots and pans to wash? Not me!

I love to put everything into one skillet, cook it up and put it on the table.

A cast iron skillet is my favorite way to cook. It cooks up evenly and keeps food warm longer when it is put right on the table to serve from.

My large electric skillet is great just for the size of it. I can make a lot of food in that!

Some skillet meals are done only on the stove top. Others require some stovetop and then some oven time. A few, mostly the desserts, require only oven time. In case you need certain ones, I have marked them.
